Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Rename the existing .iso file to any other file extension such as *.sav.

  2. Open a Web browser.

  3. Open the Web site Citrix XenApp 6.5 download site.
    Note: You might have to logon to the Web site using your My Account on Citrix.com login.

  4. Select the appropriate product and download the XenApp 6.5 .iso file.

  5. Store the downloaded .iso file in a location such that it can be used virtually or burned to a DVD.

  6. Use the new downloaded .iso file / burned DVD to install XenApp 6.5.
